Registered Nurse (RN)

Long Beach, New York Shift:
All Shifts Available Salary:
Up to $53 per hour Join our dedicated nursing team at Park Avenue Extended Care , where your expertise and compassion will make a difference every day. We're seeking Registered Nurses for all shifts to help lead and deliver exceptional care to our residents.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in evaluating and directing daily nursing department operations Ensure nursing staff comply with job descriptions and uphold professional standards Participate in facility surveys and compliance audits as required Conduct daily rounds to monitor and maintain high standards of nursing care Address patient and staff complaints, escalating issues to the Director of Nursing Services as appropriate
Qualifications & Requirements:
Current, valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in New York State Strong communication and leadership abilities Dedication to quality patient care and effective teamwork
