Registered Nurse - Allergy and Immunology

Allergy MD, an established Allergy, Asthma and Immunology medical practice, is seeking a self-motivated, people-friendly RN for our (fun, beautiful) Long Island City, Queens office.

Responsibilities:

Training will be provided Administer allergy shots Monitor and record patient vital signs Administer and read allergy tests (skin testing, intradermal testing, food challenges, medication challenges, patch testing) Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by the physician Assist MD with treatment of allergic reactions as needed Educate patients healthcare needs and conditions Maintain accurate patient records and documentation in EMR system Assist patients with clinical needs

Job Requirements:

Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred. Fluency in both languages. Must be able to work in a fast paced environment Must be able to work independently Must be flexible with schedule Eclinical or other EMR system is a plus Previous experience is a plus RN certificate required Must possess strong communication skills

Pay:

$40.00 - $45.00 per hour
