Minimum of 2 years experience in Emergency Room or critical care nursing. Current BLS and ACLS certifications required. Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-stress environment. Excellent communication and teamwork abilities. Flexibility to work various shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays.
