Responsibilities Perform aesthetic injectable treatments including Botox®, Dysport®, and Dermal Fillers. Conduct comprehensive patient consultations and develop customized treatment plans. Educate patients on treatment options, expectations, and post-treatment care. Build and maintain strong patient relationships to encourage retention and referrals. Actively participate in personal and practice marketing initiatives, including social media content, patient engagement activities, and community outreach. Maintain accurate and thorough medical documentation. Ensure patient safety and adherence to all medical and regulatory guidelines. Support overall clinic operations and maintain a professional treatment environment. Qualifications Active RN, NP, or PA license in the State of New York. Minimum 1-2 years of aesthetic injecting experience preferred. Strong knowledge of facial anatomy and aesthetic treatment techniques. Excellent communication, consultation, and patient relationship-building skills. Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with the team. Passion for aesthetics and delivering natural-looking results. Self-motivated, entrepreneurial, and growth-oriented mindset. Desire to develop and expand a loyal patient following and personal brand. Preferred Qualifications Experience with advanced injectable techniques. Experience with biostimulators and skin rejuvenation treatments.
