Standby Typical School Hours:

7am - 3pm (may vary) Begin onboarding immediately and be first in line when school nursing placements open. New opportunities become available throughout the school year. Qualifications Active New York RN license (or multi-state compact license) Current BLS certification Current negative TB test Reliable transportation within Suffolk County and surrounding areas Pediatric Clinical Training No pediatric specialty experience required, paid training is provided. During onboarding, RNs receive training in: Seizure precautions G-tube / MIC-KEY tube care Tracheostomy care Diabetes management Straight and Foley catheterization Medication administration Care-plan documentation All training is led by Ro Health clinical supervisors to ensure nurses feel confident and supported.
