Key Responsibilities:
Administer medications and treatments under the supervision of a Registered Nurse (RN). Monitor and record vital signs, reporting any changes in patient/resident condition. Communicate changes in patient/resident status to the supervising RN and nursing staff. Advocate patients and maintain professional and ethical nursing practice.
Qualifications:
Current LPN license in good standing. Strong clinical, communication, and documentation skills. Experience in skilled nursing or long-term care preferred. PointClickCare experience preferred. #
INDHS Pay:
$1,800.00 - $1,910.00 per week
