Responsibilities:

Provide direct nursing care to residents in accordance with care plans Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately Monitor resident conditions and communicate changes promptly Supervise and support CNAs and LPNs Ensure compliance with all state and facility regulations Maintain accurate and timely documentation

Qualifications:

Active RN license (New York State preferred / applicable state) Long-term care or skilled nursing experience preferred Strong clinical and critical thinking skills Compassionate, dependable, and team-focused Excellent communication and leadership abilities

Shift Details:

Day Shift:

Typically 7:00 AM - 3:00

PM Overnight Shift:

Typically 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM (Exact hours may vary slightly by facility)
