Schedule & Hours:

Two 10-hour shifts per week

On-call:

Up to 7 days per four-week schedule, including one full weekend 13-week assignment

Desired Qualifications:

Active Registered Nurse license in New York State Graduate of an accredited nursing program (Associate's degree or higher)

Certifications:

ACLS, BLS

required At least 1 year of recent CVOR RN experience Experience with adult patients; patient ratio is 1:1 Familiarity with CAD, AS, and MR diagnoses Comfortable working with EPIC and Omnicell technology Willingness to float if needed

Key Responsibilities:

Provide specialized care to adult CVOR patients Collaborate closely with surgeons and perioperative team members Maintain accurate documentation in EPIC Ensure safe medication administration utilizing Omnicell systems Respond to dynamic patient needs during on-call hours Adapt to varying census needs when floating is required
