Required Qualifications and Skills:
Current, active RN license 2+ years of recent experience in CVOR nursing BLS and ACLS certifications (AHA preferred) Proficiency assisting with cardiovascular surgical procedures Strong communication, critical thinking, and teamwork skills Experience in fast-paced, multidisciplinary surgical environments
Primary Responsibilities:
Provide expert patient care throughout the perioperative process Collaborate closely with cardiac surgeons, anesthesiologists, and support staff Monitor patient vitals and document perioperative data Uphold strict infection control and safety protocols Assist in the preparation, maintenance, and sterilization of surgical instruments
