BE YOUR OWN BOSS!
Why work for anyone else when you can start your own spa without having to buy any machines! Whether you are an esthetician or Esthetics nurse looking to build your own practice without having to buy expensive equipment and invest $100's of thousands of dollars! At our facility you will have the ability to offer your clients: Laser Hair Removal, Hydrafacial, Diamond Glow and JetPeel Facials. Offering Rooms for both Monthly and Daily Rental rates. Monthly $1500 - $2500 Rates vary pending on room size desired. Rates are $160-$250 per day. Included in the cost of the rent is General Liability Insurance and utilities along with waiting room, kitchen and bathroom and access to private gym in the building Other medical devices such as Microneedling, RF Microneedling, LaseMD Ultra, IPL are also available. To be discussed. Machine usage is optional and billed separately. This may be a great fit for an Esthetician, or someone doing permanent makeup, or injector nurse looking to start her own business (we have laser devices that you can offer to your clients and we can discuss % arrangements). We are a great team here who will help you best we can on your journey. Use of Common Waiting Area and Back Office, Common Area Kitchen / Sink / Fridge / Free Gym in Building Includes rent, utilities, AC. High security building with fully renovated hallways and bathrooms. We are located on Broadway between Barclay and Vesey Sts. near ALL major train stations, just a block or two away from most. You may leave your brochures and business cards in our waiting room to engage in our clients as well. Included in the cost of the rent is General Liability Insurance.
