Current RN license (NY eligible) Minimum one year of experience in Emergency Department nursing Strong knowledge of trauma assessments, triage standards, and emergency interventions Skilled in invasive and non-invasive procedures and therapeutic interventions Excellent interpersonal skills for patient and family advocacy Ability to educate patients and families, adapting instruction for diverse needs Commitment to infection prevention and public safetyResponsibilities:
Perform rapid triage and prioritize care according to emergency needs Deliver compassionate care, keeping patients and families informed and comfortable Assess and document physical, psychosocial, and emotional needs Educate patients and families for post-discharge care Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, supporting mutual trust and respect Monitor, reassess, and react promptly to any changes in patient condition Safeguard public health with strict infection prevention practicesBenefits & Perks:
