We are a family-owned and operated organization dedicated to providing exceptional care and support to the elderly population in a warm, respectful, and team-oriented environment. This role is ideal for an RN who is experienced with UAS assessments and enjoys working directly with seniors in a supportive assisted living setting. This is an onsite position only. No remote options are available. Position Responsibilities Complete UAS assessments through NYS Health Commerce System Conduct assessments for: New admissions Re-certifications Collaborate with administration and interdisciplinary teams Support resident wellness and continuity of care Maintain accurate and timely documentation Communicate effectively with residents, families, and staff Compensation $100 per UAS Re-Certification $150 per New Admission Assessment Flexible per diem scheduling available.
