Registered Nurse (RN)
Location:
Upper West Side, NY Overview:
Our healthcare team is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to provide comprehensive patient care in a behavioral health setting. This full-time permanent role offers a consistent weekday schedule, strong work-life balance, competitive compensation, and a full benefits package.
Position Offers:
    Schedule:
    Monday Friday, 9:00 AM 5:00 PM
    • Competitive salary of $92,000 $94,000 annually

    Key Responsibilities:
    • Monitor and dispense medications in accordance with clinical protocols
    • Perform health assessments, treatment planning, and follow-up on referrals
    • Administer IM medications and perform phlebotomy
    • Provide wound care and related clinical treatments
    • Deliver patient education and facilitate group sessions on health-related topics
    • Co-lead staff training focused on medication monitoring practices
    • Participate in psychiatric emergency response system procedures
    • Maintain accurate clinical documentation, including correspondence, reports, and record-keeping
    • Coordinate primary care services and support continuity of care
    • Maintain records in health-related databases, including PSYCKES and Healthix
    • Attend meetings, conferences, and required trainings
    • Perform additional duties as assigned
    Qualifications:
    • Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)
    • Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
    • Minimum of 3 years of behavioral health experience
    • Knowledge of substance use treatment and co-occurring disorders
    • Proficiency in phlebotomy
    • Bilingual in Spanish preferred
