Offering a variety of aesthetics and wellness treatments, future plans include the addition of various wellness treatments and expansion into new markets. Role Overview This Nurse Practitioner Aesthetics role will deliver a comprehensive experience for guests, anticipating every aspect of client needs from beginning to end of treatment. The role of our providers will be to provide a truly unique experience to each and every client, successful treatment outcomes, consistency, and an elevated level of service by leveraging Bellatas training and processes, diagnosis, collaboration with client on treatment goals, successful treatment delivery, and post-treatment monitoring and evaluation. Responsibilities Flexible hours to start, (25-40hrs) with opportunity to quickly grow to full-time If interested. (Pay based on experience) Deliver best in class cosmetic injectable treatments following the guidelines and under the supervision of spa owner. Conduct client consults and treatment plans Educate clients on all offerings available at Bellatas Self directed and ability to work independently Cross-sell procedures and products that compliment the treatment and enhance results Contribute and collaborate with management, ownership, injectors, and support team Comply with required training, protocols, requests, and compliance policies Effectively utilize patient EMR software Conducts treatment consultation to identify patient goals and determine/recommend services and products to achieve optimal results. Reviews patient medical history for possible contraindications. Reviews treatment protocols, administer treatment and charts appropriately. Pre-dosing and preparation of injectables. Serves as the MedSpa facility's medical representative in the community. Phlebotomy, when applicable, for treatment. Training of new hires as a part of the clinical orientation program and continuing education programs as determined by the Clinical Director Other duties as assigned. Requirements Up-to-date New York NP unrestricted license Must have a minimum of 2 years of active relevant aesthetic Injectable experience (ie: Botox, Dysport, Juvederm, & Restylane products) that is unsupervised, in a clinical and/or med-spa setting. Candidates without aesthetic experience will not be considered. Proficient in FDA approved cosmetic neurotoxins and all FDA approved dermal fillers Must be able to work a flexible schedule including some evenings and possible Saturdays from time to time, although infrequent. Proficiency with patient EMR, charting, Word, Excel, and other software skills Hold a high level of professionalism when interacting with clients, and staff members Open to learning new techniques and procedures and brand language Cheerful upbeat demeanor and can-do attitude Detail-oriented Excellent customer service and consultative skills Proven selling skills Strong business acumen Strong conflict and problem resolution skills Experience discussing pricing program with clients Understanding of social media
