Registered Nurse (RN)

Surgical Pain Center of the Adirondacks is looking for a highly motivated individual to join our team as an OR Circulator Nurse in a fast-paced environment. Some requirements are organization, able to multi-task, and being a team player. No weekends or major holidays. SPCA is a brand-new state-of-the-art surgical center offering a wide range of minimally invasive pain management procedures. The procedures are fluoroscopic, and ultrasound guided.

Duties to include:

Assist in room turnover process. Keep the surgical area clean and organized for the scrub and the physician. Current BLS for the Healthcare Provider and ACLS required Support/observation of patient in the operative phase. Anticipates and recognizes nursing and/or medical problems which may arise and initiate preventative measures. Beginning and end of day assigned tasks for successful operation of OR areas.
