Schedule:
8-hour days, 7 am to 3:30 pm, Monday through Friday schedule with some nights and weekends as needed
SUMMARY:
As a Registered Nurse
  • Educator, your in-depth knowledge and outstanding communication skills are key in fostering quality care, enhanced wellness and ongoing growth and development throughout Rochester Regional.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Evaluation. Identify and validate the learning needs of customers by utilizing needs assessments, CQI results, performance improvement results, customer surveys and course evaluation results; document the effectiveness of educational offerings by developing, monitoring and assessing competencies; analyze cost to maximize the efficient utilization of resources Development. Create educational programs and curriculum that promote quality healthcare, employee/patient growth and personal wellness; provide leadership in areas of expertise as a resource to the customer; develop communications and audio-visual materials that are clear and concise Implementation. Facilitate programs to meet the identified learning needs of our customers; provide in-depth orientation, in-service and continuing education for staff or patients
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
Must be currently registered and licensed by NYS as a registered professional nurse. Bachelor's degree required in nursing, health education, or instructional development or an equivalent combination of education and healthcare related work experience will be considered. Minimum of 1 year prior training/teaching experience
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Three years prior training/teaching experience in related educational field.

PAY RANGE
$76,500.00
  • $105,000.
