Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care. Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders. Monitor patient conditions and document changes accurately. Maintain detailed and accurate patient records. Educate patients and families regarding treatment plans and health management. Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and other healthcare professionals. Ensure compliance with facility policies and healthcare regulations. Qualifications Required:
Active New York State Registered Nurse (RN) License. Graduate of an accredited nursing program. Current BLS Certification. Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Ability to work independently and within a multidisciplinary team.
Preferred:
Minimum of one (1) year of nursing experience. Experience in Long-Term Care, Skilled Nursing, Rehabilitation, Hospital, or Home Health settings.
