JOB DUTIES

to include, but not limited to: Medical Records Quality review for accuracy, completeness and compliance to regulations and company requirements Coordinate records corrections Analyze trends related to errors and discrepancies Data entry into the information management system (eg.: Medical Examination forms) Evaluation of workplace injuries within the scope of practice and consistent with clinical nursing guidelines. Direct referrals when warranted. Identify, evaluate, and implement accommodations and return to work options for workers with restricted duty. Injury case management Injury Prevention and Health Surveillance Participate in the accident investigation program to identify root cause analysis of injuries and illnesses.

Qualificatiions:

Preferred COHN or minimum 5 years-experience in Occupational Medicine. Must be able to pass a background check and be eligible to obtain a security clearance

Salary Range:

$29.65 - $50.37

Pay Grade:

PRN Compensation may vary based upon, but not limited to: overall experience and qualifications, shift, and location.
