Position Overview:

"Navitas Healthcare, LLC" is seeking an experienced and dedicated Registered Nurse (RN)•Med/Surg to provide high-quality patient care in a fast-paced acute care setting. The RN will deliver direct patient care, coordinate with multidisciplinary teams, and ensure compliance with clinical standards and protocols.

Responsibilities:

Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans Provide bedside care to pre•and post-surgical patients Administer and document medications accurately Monitor patient vitals and report any adverse reactions Perform wound care, IV insertion, and catheterization Operate and monitor specialized medical equipment Maintain accurate patient records and documentation Collaborate with healthcare teams on discharge planning Educate patients and families on treatment and recovery Ensure adherence to nursing standards and safety protocols

Required Qualifications:

Active New York State RN License (Primary Source Verified)

AHA BLS Certification Education:

Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) from an accredited institution

Experience & Requirements:

Minimum 2 years of Med/Surg experience in acute care or post-acute settings Recent experience within the past year required Strong clinical skills and patient care expertise

Skills & Competencies:
