! In this role, you will: Provide ongoing oversight and support to a caseload of medically complex adults with intellectual disabilities. Perform ongoing clinical support to LPN staff. Provide ongoing assessment of health conditions. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to achieve the best health outcomes.

We require:

NYS Licensure/Certification CPR, fire safety training, and medication knowledge Six months of hospital or long-term care experience, supporting people with intellectual and other developmental disabilities preferred RNs, for immediate consideration, please apply now!
