$56/hr Minimum qualifications Graduate of an accredited or NY State-registered School of Nursing Current New York State RN license Strong verbal communication and public-speaking skills (small group presentations) Experience or coursework in pediatrics or early childhood Primary responsibilities Provide RN services up to 30 hours per week for the Developmental Monitoring Program Conduct parent outreach for referred children; explain program and distribute Ages and Stages questionnaires and activities Track and document communications, questionnaire responses, and monitoring efforts accurately and timely Provide education to healthcare providers about Early Intervention and appropriate referral processes through office visits or calls Support referral education and follow-up to promote timely access to Early Intervention services Work conditions Community-based and office-based engagement throughout Rochester/Monroe County Contract position reporting to Monroe County Department of Public Health
