Day/Eve ratios are 5 to 1 (stretch 6-7). Night ratios are expected to be 6-7 to 1 (stretch 8 -10 if staff calls in) We have PCT's on all units that do vital signs, blood glucose checks, EKG's and any sort of activity of daily living Years of experience
