Active RN License BLS - Required Minimum 1-2 years recent acute care RN experience Roles & Responsibilities Provide direct patient care in accordance with hospital policies, NY State nursing standards, and physician orders Perform comprehensive patient assessments , including physical, psychosocial, and safety needs Administer medications, IV therapy, and treatments accurately while monitoring for adverse reactions Monitor patient condition and recognize, report, and respond to changes in status promptly Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized nursing care plans #
