July 6 36 Hours Guaranteed Weekly Thrive HCR is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) for a Med Surg / Step-Down contract opportunity in Rome, New York. We are accepting both travelers and local candidates within a 30-mile radius. This is a great opportunity to join a collaborative healthcare team caring for adult and geriatric patient populations in a fast-paced acute care environment.

Pyxis Requirements Active RN License 1-2 years recent Step-Down and/or Telemetry experience required BLS Certification required ACLS Certification required NIHSS Certification required RN Responsibilities Provide direct nursing care to adult and geriatric patients Monitor and assess patients with acute and chronic conditions Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary healthcare teams Document patient care in Paragon EMR system Respond quickly to changes in patient condition Deliver compassionate, patient-centered care while maintaining clinical excellence Why Work in Rome, NY?
