Registered Nurse (RN)

Mosaic Health located in Rushville has an immediate opening for a Registered Nurse to join our team. Duties to include, but not limited to: obtaining and documenting health history from the patient; performing triage assessment; reviewing and developing care plans, and providing wellness related education.

Minimum Education/Experience:
