Full Time Monday through
Friday and EOW:
0730am-3:30pm (Charge Nurse)
Full Time:
Nights with EOW requirement: 11:30pm

Key Responsibilities:
Perform thorough patient assessments and monitor vital signs Accurately document patient care using electronic medical records (EMR) Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to implement individualized care plans Provide basic life support and airway management as needed Educate patients and families on treatments and health management
Qualifications:
Current NYS Registered Nurse (RN) license required Skilled Nursing Facility experience preferred but not required Strong communication and teamwork skills
