RN - LTC - Skilled Nursing

WCS Healthcare is excited to partner with an exceptional Skilled Nursing Facility in Westchester County to hire a full-time Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)!

Job Function:

Day Shift. 7:30am to 3:30pm. Provide direct patient care in accordance with established care plans and scope of practice. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians. Monitor and document patient vital signs, conditions, and responses to treatment. Report changes in patient status to the RN or physician in a timely manner. Assist with admissions, discharges, and coordination of care with the interdisciplinary team.

Job Requirements:

Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) experience preferred, but not required. Hospital experience will be considered. New graduate LPNs are eligible for full-time positions only. New graduate LPNs are not eligible for part-time roles.
