Role:

As a Field Registered Nurse (RN) , you will play a vital role in ensuring the delivery of high-quality home care services in compliance with the regulations set by the New York State Department of Health. This full-time position combines clinical expertise with managerial responsibilities, overseeing various aspects of patient care, caregiver competency, and documentations.

You will be responsible for:

Ensuring the quality of patient care and service by using specialized knowledge and judgment to ensure compliance with applicable State Practice Acts and Agency policies. Coordinating with home office staff to ensure the appropriate assignment of personnel to meet the specific needs of an individual client. Building and maintaining relationships with clients, community agencies, and professional organizations. Maintaining compliance with all agency clinical and administrative policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements. Investigating problems, irregularities, policy violations, and other reportable events, implementing the appropriate corrective action and follow-up.

Requirements:

Current RN license in good standing. BSN/MSN. Minimum 2 years of recent and verifiable clinical and managerial experience within a Home Care setting. Cheerful personality and excellent communication skills. Ability to work on a part-time/per diem basis. Other duties as assigned by supervisor.

Base Pay:
