  • Full-time Nursing Home is seeking a qualified, dedicated RN to join our team as an MDS Coordinator.
Sub Acute Nursing and Rehabilitation experience required.
Requirements:
NYS Licensed RN, must be an organized and dedicated professional who is able to work independently and as part of a team Excellent communication skills a must, with the ability to follow oral and written instructions Solid computer skills required, must have working knowledge of Sigmacare Must have working knowledge of MDS and PPS process and able to meet deadlines Ability to work hours scheduled based on requirements of the position assignments. We offer an Excellent Compensation package
