Exciting Opportunity:
RN Unit Manager at Renaissance Rehabilitation Nursing Care Center! Renaissance Rehabilitation Nursing Care Center, a 120-bed skilled nursing facility located in Staatsburg, NY, is proud to provide exceptional care for both short-term rehabilitation and long-term care residents. Our spacious, renovated 2-unit facility is backed by a supportive leadership team dedicated to empowering and supporting our direct care staff. We are looking for a passionate, experienced RN Unit Manager to join our team and make a real difference in the lives of our residents!

Position Responsibilities:
Provide supervisory leadership for your assigned unit Review and maintain accurate resident records Monitor overall resident care to ensure the highest standard of quality Address questions or concerns from residents and families Participate in care plan meetings and collaborate with the care team
Qualifications:
Minimum 2 years of Long-Term Care experience Active NYS Registered Nurse (RN) license Basic computer skills Excellent communication and leadership abilities Passion for resident care and teamwork
