Responsibilities Perform cosmetic injectable procedures such as botulinum toxin treatments and dermal fillers with precision and safety. Provide thorough consultations to assess client needs, explain treatment options, and set realistic expectations. Maintain strict sanitation and sterilization protocols to ensure a safe environment for clients and staff. Manage client records accurately using salon or med spa software like Millennium or

Educate clients on post-treatment care, potential side effects, and product recommendations for optimal results. Assist with retail sales of skincare products, supplements, and aesthetic tools through upselling techniques. Support social media management efforts by sharing before-and-after photos, client testimonials, and promotional content to grow our online presence. Experience Proven experience in medical aesthetics or med spa settings, with a focus on injectables such as Botox and dermal fillers. Certification or licensure as a registered nurse (RN), nurse practitioner (NP), or physician assistant (PA) with training in cosmetic procedures. Familiarity with salon or clinic management software like Millennium or

for scheduling and record keeping. Strong knowledge of sanitation standards, body waxing, eyelash extensions, hair styling, nail care, and other aesthetic treatments is preferred. Excellent communication skills to educate clients effectively while providing exceptional customer service. Experience with social media management tools and strategies for engaging clients online is a plus.
