Exciting Opportunity for Critical Care Nurses - Days-RN, Full-Time Are you a dedicated registered nurse with a passion for critical care? Join our dynamic healthcare team as a Days-RN in our busy ICU units, where your expertise can make a real difference in patient outcomes. What You'll Do:
As a Days-RN in our Adult ICU, you'll provide exceptional patient care in a fast-paced environment, utilizing your trauma and Epic EMR experience. You will work 12-hour shifts during the day, including every other weekend and some holidays, contributing to a team committed to saving lives and improving patient recovery. Your skills and compassionate approach will be vital in ensuring the highest standards of critical care.
Required Skills:
Current New York State RN license Certification in BLS (be able to recertify) Minimum of 1.5 years recent experience in an acute care setting of similar size and complexity within the past 2 years Previous Epic EMR experience preferred Experience in Level 1 or Level 2 trauma centers is highly desirable Strong interpersonal and communication skills Ability to work independently with minimal supervision No suspension or investigation of professional license or certification Successful passing of pre-employment health clearance, drug screening, and background check Nice to
Have Skills:
Experience with hospital-level trauma care or critical care certifications Additional certifications such as CCRN or ACLS Experience working in large hospital settings or trauma centers
Preferred Education and Experience:
Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred At least 2 years of recent adult ICU experience, especially in trauma or high-acuity environments
Other Requirements:
