$130•139/hour (Depending on Experience) Position Overview "Navitas Healthcare, LLC" is seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner (NP) specializing in Hematology/Oncology for a 13-week travel assignment. The NP will provide advanced, evidence-based care in collaboration with physicians in an acute care oncology setting. Required Qualifications Active New York State Nurse Practitioner (NP) License Specialty certification aligned with practice area Minimum 1 year of clinical experience required Medicare NP number (or eligibility to obtain) BLS Certification ACLS Certification Strong clinical judgment and independent practice ability Ability to work in an acute care hospital environment Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive assessments for hematology and oncology patients Develop and manage individualized treatment plans Document detailed SOAP notes and clinical records Prescribe medications per state regulations and collaborative agreements Coordinate multidisciplinary care plans Educate patients and families on treatment and disease management Monitor patient progress and adjust care plans as needed Work effectively in a fast-paced inpatient oncology environment Collaborate closely with attending physicians and care teams Preferred Qualifications Prior Hematology/Oncology experience strongly preferred Inpatient or acute care hospital experience Strong communication and patient management skills For more details contact athdavda@navitashealth.comor Call / Text at 516-862-1169.
