Days/Week Position Overview:

  • Critical Care for an exciting Travel or Local job in Syracuse, NY.
Responsibilities Provide direct patient care in Adult ICU/Critical Care units Perform comprehensive nursing assessments and implement individualized care plans Monitor critically ill patients and respond appropriately to changes in patient condition Administer medications, treatments, and interventions in accordance with physician orders and hospital protocols Operate and monitor critical care equipment and devices Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure quality patient care Maintain accurate and timely patient documentation using
EPIC EMR
Adhere to infection control, patient safety, and hospital compliance standards Provide patient and family education regarding treatment plans and recovery processes Support rapid response and emergency situations in acute care settings Requirements Current New York State RN License Active BLS Certification Minimum 1.5-2 years of recent Critical Care/ICU experience within the last 2 years Experience in an acute care hospital of similar size and level Strong nursing assessment and critical thinking skills Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Preferred Qualifications Level 1 or Level 2 Trauma Center experience Previous
EPIC EMR
