Required Skills:
Current New York State RN License BLS Certification (ability to recertify as needed) Minimum of 1.5 years recent experience in an acute care hospital setting within the past 2 years, ideally in facilities of similar size or trauma classification Experience with IVInsertions, Drawing Labs, Telemetry Monitoring, and Initiating IVs Proficiency with EPIC Electronic Medical Records (preferred) Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Nice to
Have Skills:
Level 1 or Level 2 Trauma Experience Previous experience with adult Medical/Surgical and Telemetry patients Flexibility to adapt to a schedule that includes every other weekend and some holidays
Preferred Education and Experience:
Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred Diverse clinical experience in hospital settings, trauma centers, or similar environments
Other Requirements:
Must be able to start IVs, draw labs, perform patient assessments, and monitor telemetry Verification of legal right to work in the U.S. Successful passing of pre-employment health screening, drug testing, and criminal background check Must not have any suspensions or investigations related to professional licensing or certification; no professional liability claims filed against you This position offers a competitive hourly rate of $66.99, weekly pay via direct deposit, and a comprehensive benefits package including medical coverage, paid sick leave, licensure and certification reimbursements, travel expenses when applicable, and a dedicated team committed to your success.
