Qualifications & Experience:

Valid RN license and current BLS certification Demonstrated proficiency in Medical-Surgical, Long Term Care, and/or Psychiatric nursing Strong assessment, monitoring, and documentation skills Ability to effectively communicate with patients, families, and other healthcare professionals Flexibility to adapt to changing patient needs and work environments Prior experience in multiple nursing specialties is a significant advantage
