Tully Hill is accepting applications for nurses to join our multidisciplinary team. Nursing staff are responsible for coordination and administration of nursing services provided to patients seeking inpatient treatment for substance use disorder. Will work collaboratively with all departments to achieve the best outcomes for patients and families. Registered Nurses Job duties include conducting nursing assessments, performing skilled nursing functions including but not limited to, vital signs, blood draws, urine screens, EKGs, PPDs, breathalyzers; providing patient education in individual and group settings; assisting the multidisciplinary team in developing / modifying patient treatment plans; receiving report on new patients; conducting patient and luggage searches; providing medication education, preparing discharge paperwork; etc. Must ensure quality, timeliness and accuracy of EMR documentation and ensure compliance with CARF standards, NYS OASAS regulations, other State and Federal regulations, referral source and insurance contract requirements. Valid NYS RN license and CPR certification required upon hire. Demonstrable knowledge of substance use disorders and 12-step philosophy preferred but not required. CARN certification a plus.
