Position Description:

As a Registered Nurse (RN) at Townhouse Center, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional care to our residents.

Your responsibilities include:

Active involvement in direct resident assessment and care Supervision and coordination of nursing personnel in accordance with State and Federal regulations Formulating individualized nursing care plans using the nursing process Daily assessment of each resident and prompt adjustment of care plans as needed Collaborating with physicians during rounds and ensuring accurate communication of pertinent information Training and supervising nursing personnel to excel in their roles Demonstrating effective leadership and conflict resolution skills Remaining composed and efficient during emergency situations

Additional Responsibilities:

Contributing to the implementation of our facility's Quality Improvement Program Identifying potential safety hazards and ensuring compliance with facility guidelines Maintaining accurate resident care records and documenting pertinent data Actively participating in resident care meetings, staff meetings, and in-service training Ensuring active licensure and attending all mandated in-services Engaging in teaching opportunities with residents, families, and staff through formal or informal presentations Dispensing medication and performing treatments in accordance with facility policies and procedures Promptly notifying attending physicians and families of significant changes in residents' health conditions

Requirements:
