Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team at ProValidus Medical Staffing . As a Registered Nurse with us, you will play a crucial role in delivering expert healthcare services and improving patient outcomes. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work alongside a dynamic team of healthcare professionals in a supportive environment.
HOME CARE
Position:
visit up to 6 patients daily.
MON - FRI
Key Responsibilities:
Assess patient health conditions and contribute to the development of patient care plans. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed. Monitor patients' progress and respond to changes in their condition. Provide education and health coaching to patients and their families regarding health management. Communicate effectively with patients, families, and interdisciplinary teams. Ensure compliance with all safety, infection control, and regulatory guidelines. Ensures that a safe and effective patient care environment is maintained. Assesses, plans, implements, and evaluates care based on age-specific components. Identify and assess resource utilization and safety issues, taking appropriate action. Collaborating with physicians and multidisciplinary professional staffs Providing physical and psychological support for patients, friends, and families.
Qualifications:
Current, active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of New York. NYS valid driver's license Strong clinical assessment, critical thinking, and communication skills. Ability to function effectively in both independent and team-based environments.
