This role involves administering medications, assisting in diagnostic tests, documenting care, and supporting surgical procedures as needed. The nurse ensures compliance with safety protocols, medication handling, and clinical documentation standards. They participate in care planning, emergency response, and interdisciplinary communication. The role requires 100% travel to various locations to fulfill staffing needs.
Qualifications & Requirements :
EDUCATION
Graduate from an accredited School of NursingEXPERIENCE
One (1) or more years clinic experience preferred Must be willing and able to travel 100% of the timeLICENSES/CERTIFICATIONS
Current licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) within the states of practice and the state in which you work, or a valid compact state nurse license Current CPR certificationKey Responsibilities :
Deliver patient care and treatment plans under supervision of Charge Nurse Administer medications, perform EKGs, and assist with procedures Maintain accurate documentation in SOAP format and review medical records Respond to emergencies and ensure safety and infection control protocols Travel full-time to different healthcare facilities as staffing needs requireYou Matter :
