Hours Per Week Position Overview:
Navitas Healthcare, LLC is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN)•Labor & Delivery for an exciting Travel or Local job in Bronx, NY. Responsibilities Provide direct care to laboring, delivery, and postpartum patients. Continuously monitor maternal and fetal status. Assist physicians, midwives, and surgical teams during deliveries. Perform IV insertion, phlebotomy, and medication administration. Respond to obstetric emergencies and critical situations. Support newborn stabilization and immediate neonatal care. Document all patient care accurately in EMR systems. Educate patients and families on labor, delivery, and postpartum care. Required Qualifications Active New York State RN License. Associate Degree in Nursing (ASN/ADN) or higher. Minimum 2 years of Maternal & Child Health experience. Minimum 2 years of IV insertion and phlebotomy experience. Minimum 2 years of Conscious Sedation experience. AHA BLS Certification.
AHA ACLS
