Key Responsibilities:

Monitor, assess, and provide specialized nursing interventions to critically ill patients in the ICU Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans Administer medications, treatments, and advanced cardiac life support as needed Continuously evaluate patient progress and respond promptly to changes in condition Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and protocols

Qualifications:
