3 x 11.5 Hour Shifts (34.5 Hours Weekly) Job Summary "Navitas Healthcare, LLC" is seeking an experienced Cardiac ICU Registered Nurse (RN) to provide specialized critical care services for patients with complex cardiac conditions. The ideal candidate will have strong Critical Care experience, expertise in IV insertion and phlebotomy, and experience with conscious sedation in a high-acuity hospital environment. Required Qualifications Education Associate Degree in Nursing or higher Licensure & Certifications Active New York State RN License AHA BLS Certification
AHA ACLS
Certification Experience Minimum 2 years of Critical Care experience IV Insertion experience Phlebotomy skills Conscious Sedation experience Primary Responsibilities Provide comprehensive nursing care to critically ill cardiac patients. Monitor and assess patients requiring intensive cardiac care. Administer medications, IV therapies, and cardiac treatments safely. Perform IV insertion and phlebotomy procedures. Assist with conscious sedation procedures and patient monitoring. Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary healthcare teams. Respond effectively to emergencies and rapid changes in patient condition. Maintain accurate and timely electronic documentation. Educate patients and families regarding treatment plans and recovery processes. Follow all hospital policies, safety standards, and nursing best practices.
