Position Overview:

Navitas Healthcare, LLC is seeking Registered Nurse (RN)

• Clinical Nurse Educator for an exciting Travel or Local job in New York, NY.

Specialty Focus:

Perioperative Continuum (OR, Pre-Op, PACU) Key Responsibilities Develop, implement, and evaluate perioperative education programs, fellowships, and competencies Lead onboarding, orientation, and surgical skills training for OR nurses and surgical staff Serve as subject matter expert in aseptic technique, surgical protocols, and AORN guidelines Ensure compliance with Joint Commission, DOH, and CMS standards through education tracking Collaborate with perioperative leadership to identify gaps and improve patient safety and efficiency Support quality improvement initiatives in surgical workflows and turnover processes Qualifications Master's Degree in Nursing Education (MSN-Ed) required Minimum 2 years perioperative/OR nursing experience required Proven experience in clinical education or surgical unit training required Active, unrestricted RN license in the State of New York BLS and ACLS required CNOR certification preferred For more details contact at or Call / Text at 516-862-1169.
