36 Hours Per Week We are seeking experienced Registered Nurses (RN) to provide high-quality Medical-Surgical nursing care in a fast-paced acute care environment. The ideal candidate will have strong Med/Surg experience, excellent clinical assessment skills, and the ability to deliver safe, patient-centered care while collaborating with multidisciplinary healthcare teams.
Responsibilities:
Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized patient care plans Provide direct bedside nursing care to medical-surgical and post-operative patients Administer medications and monitor patient responses Initiate and maintain IV therapy Perform wound care and infection control procedures Monitor vital signs and identify changes in patient condition Assist with discharge planning and patient education Maintain accurate and timely patient documentation Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary healthcare teams Adhere to facility policies, nursing standards, and patient safety protocols
Requirements:
Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) from an accredited nursing program Active New York State RN License required Primary Source Verification required Current AHA BLS Certification required Minimum 2 years of Med/Surg experience in a large acute care hospital setting Most recent Med/Surg experience must be within the past year Strong physical assessment and patient monitoring skills Telemetry monitoring experience required For more details contact at or Call / Text at 516-862-1169.
