Position Overview:

Navitas Healthcare, LLC is seeking Registered Nurse (RN)

• Nursing Educator for an exciting Travel or Local job in New York, NY.

Key Responsibilities Develop and deliver nursing education and training programs for clinical staff Provide orientation, onboarding, and competency assessments for nursing personnel Support evidence-based clinical practice and nursing standards Collaborate with leadership to identify educational needs and improve staff performance Facilitate staff development, continuing education, and competency validation Support policy implementation and quality improvement initiatives Serve as a clinical resource and mentor for nursing staff Maintain accurate education records and documentation Promote patient safety, infection control, and regulatory compliance Participate in audits, meetings, and educational planning activities Requirements Active New York State RN License required Primary Source Verification of RN License and Registration (NYSED) required AHA BLS Certification required ASN/ADN required Master's Degree in Education required Minimum 2 years Med/Surg experience required Minimum 2 years Perioperative (Periop) experience required Strong clinical background required Excellent communication, leadership, and mentoring skills required For more details contact at or Call / Text at 516-862-1169.
