Job Duties:
Complete and support timely MDS assessments across assigned facilities Ensure accuracy, compliance, and electronic transmission of MDS data Conduct resident interviews and comprehensive medical record reviews Monitor assessment schedules and identify changes in resident status Analyze MDS-related reports and support survey readiness efforts Collaborate with Directors of Nursing and facility leadership on compliance needs Participate in interdisciplinary care plan meetings (in person or virtual) Educate and support facility staff on MDS documentation best practices Provide temporary MDS coverage during staffing gaps or high-census periodsQualifications:
Graduate of an accredited nursing program Current RN license (active and in good standing) Prior MDS experience strongly preferred Ability to travel between Progressive Quality Care facilities as assigned Strong communication, organizational, and time-management skills Experience with electronic medical records and MDS software Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and work in a clinical environment At Progressive Quality Care, we're more than a nursing home management company — we're passionate about helping the facilities we serve deliver the highest quality care possible.
