Job Details:

Vascular and Cardiac Tele PCU Pre/Post Cardiac Cath Lab and Vascular Surgery experience required Sheath Pull experience preferred

Ratios:

1:4 (occasionally 1:5) Must be willing to float as needed

CAN REQUEST BLOCK SCHEDULE, NOT GUARANTEED

Solid Black Scrubs Degree must be through ACEN or CCNE accredited school

Requirements:

✔ 2 + years PCU experience ✔ Active OH RN License or compact license ✔

BLS, ACLS, NIH

Certification (Required) ✔ Comfortable managing cardiac drips ✔ Epic Experience (must be listed on resume within last year) ✔ Up to 7 days of RTO possible, no RTO in first 2 weeks, must be presented at time of application/submittal

Responsibilities Provide comprehensive patient care in a Cardiac Progressive Care Unit (PCU) setting, ensuring adherence to established protocols and standards. Conduct thorough patient assessments and monitor vital signs, responding promptly to any changes in condition. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, including IV insertion and tube feeding. Collaborate with healthcare teams using EHR systems like Epic to document patient information accurately. Maintain certifications in ACLS and BLS, ensuring readiness for emergency situations. Educate patients and families on care plans and health management strategies. #
