5 Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Telemetry Registered Nurse (Tele RN) for a 33-bed cardiac telemetry unit at Akron Campus. The ideal candidate will have strong MS/TELE experience, recent charge nurse exposure, and the ability to work in a fast-paced acute care setting. Candidates must be comfortable floating as needed and capable of independently performing IV starts and blood draws. Interview is required prior to offer. Responsibilities Provide high-quality nursing care to telemetry/cardiac patients Monitor cardiac rhythms and respond appropriately to changes in patient condition Administer medications and treatments per physician orders Perform blood draws and initiate/maintain IV access Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams Take charge responsibilities when required Maintain accurate documentation using Epic EMR Adhere to hospital policies, patient safety standards, and infection control guidelines Requirements Active RN License Minimum 2+ years recent

MS/TELE RN

Cardiac Telemetry Unit Patient Ratio:
