Job Description

Job description: Woodlands Home Care is looking to hire Full-Time Registered Nurse for Home Health. Woodlands Home Care is a fully owned subsidiary of Woodlands LLC, a family-owned operator of senior care services for over 30 years.

Earn a competitive salary with the opportunity to earn additional compensation by picking up visits at our per diem rate 401(k) 401(k) matching Dental insurance Health insurance Paid time off Referral program Vision insurance The Responsibility of our nurses include: Complete coordination of patient care Evaluation of effective nursing services to the patient and family on an ongoing basis Conduct admission, transfer, recertification, resumption of care and discharge Oasis for the home care patient Other duties as necessary CPA visits Wound Care ( Including Wound Vacs ) Venipuncture PEG Tube Maintenance Medication Education Disease Management Patient/Family Teaching Disciplines are paid for their mileage. Pay rate is based on experience. Home Health experience is preferred. Woodlands Home Care services Mahoning, Trumbull and Columbiana counties. Home Health RN must have reliable transportation, a current and valid license and an RN license, in good standing, in the State of Ohio.
License/Certification:
RN License (Required) Willingness to travel: 100% (Preferred)
